Project Navigator, Ltd. is a knowledge, risk and resource management company. Since our inception in 1997, our project managers, engineers and scientists have developed a strong track record for creative problem solving. Our core competence is environmental engineering and remediation. Our primary service is controlling the strategic direction of demanding projects. We have demonstrated these capabilities at major Superfund projects as Project Navigator has had lead project management responsibilities at more than ten major Superfund sites, where project costs have cumulatively exceeded $200MM.

Our services do not compete with those of more conventional environmental engineering companies, but rather, we work with the client or owner, to help them direct consultants and contractors more efficiently. We also assist the owner in raising the bar; in terms of project performance whether it be focused on cost, scheduling, scope or risk issues.
